Información

The Church of Santa María de Cambre is one of the most representative churches of the Galician Romanesque (12th century), with evident influences from Compostela. Situated in the centre of the town of Cambre, the church has not been absorbed by the surrounding buildings and from different points of its garden environment one can enjoy peculiar perspectives of the temple. Built in granite masonry, it has a Latin cross floor plan with three naves and an ambulatory with five chapels.
