Flying over the Biosphere

Discover the birds that fly over our lands. Some are passing through, some have great seasons and some live with us all year round.

Watch them in silence, discover them, admit them: enjoy.

Few people have ever marveled at a bird’s flight. They are everywhere, they are easy to admire and are a spectacle that brings us closer to nature with simplicity.

Throughout the year there are many species that can be observed from the Mariñas Coruñesas e Terras do Mandeo Biosphere Reserve. They convey beauty and freedom, with their variety of forms, sounds and behaviors bring life closer to the contour, announce the change of seasons and fascinate humanity forever.

Most routes have good accessibility, paths, promenades and infrastructure specifically for environmental education.

Many of the tours can be done by mountain bike or even conventional, whether by promenades, cycling paths or paths suitable for cycling. The circular conception of several routes makes it easy for the tourist to start it in any of its sections and complement it in the way that is most comfortable for his interests or depending on the time available, and the great connectivity between them also allows the possibility of linking several routes.
